Your problem is clearly having a very slow network. It is not normal to have delays of up to 2 seconds. Glad to hear that, I also remind you that I think Omron NX PLCs support OPC UA protocol, also supported by Suppanel, which offers intrinsic security and it can run safely without a VPN

Please use the "Send Feedback" option at least once, when "Suppanel has stopped working" appears, if available.
